Caller stated he is watching this house for his boss and is there to maintain it. Caller claims the neighbor across the street just walked over to the house and unscrewed the lightbulb and said he can’t have a light on.

Caller would like to see an officer.

202 – Spoke with the neighbors. The lightbulbs have been returned. Counseled on touching other’s property. Clear.
