Candidates were required to disclose donations and expenditures by October 31,2023, to Kelli Barnaby, City Clerk. A second filing was due by November 21, 2023.

This requirement allows voters to see who is raking in election contributions and how much money is being spent to win. Yet, how is it that some candidate filings as well as support from outside Political Action Committees are nowhere to be found?
