a) Mark McNabb wants a land swap with the City for a project at One Congress (see page 189) 

b) Mark McNabb doesn’t want to pay his table and chairs encumbrance fees ($6,000) for 60 Penhallow Street (see page 193)

c) City Manager husband Robert Conard, Former City Attorney Robert Sullivan and Mary Carey Foley to be appointed to Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Sister City Committee.

d) Changes to home occupation zoning ordinance to allow 2 clients in Home Occupation 1 one employee and 6 clients in Home Occupation 2 from Special Exception to Conditional Use (Home Occupation 2) 

e) Borrow $12.95 million for RESOLUTION # XX – 2024 A Resolution authorizing a Bond Issue and/or Notes of the City under the Municipal Finance Act of up to Twelve Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($12,925,000) for costs related to: 

 • Ambulance Replacement Program,

 • Police Deficiencies and Repair Project, 

 • Land Acquisition, 

 • South Mill Pond Playground,

 • Additional Outdoor Recreation Fields, 

 • Prescott Park Master Plan Implementation,

 • Citywide Facilities Capital Improvements, 

 • Greenleaf Avenue Sidewalk, 

 • Russell/Market Intersection Upgrade, 

 • Fleet Street Utilities Upgrade and Streetscape,

 • Citywide Storm Drainage Improvements, and 

 • The Creek Neighborhood Reconstruction.

e) Information Updates

1. Community Policing Facility Update: Staff will provide an update on the Community Policing Facility at this evening’s meeting.

 2. Pease Development Authority (PDA) Board of Directors Meeting Update: Following the most recent PDA Board Meeting on June 13th, I will provide a verbal update on the topics discussed. 

 3. Status of Sherburne Property RFQ: verbal update on the status of the Sherburne Property RFQ. 

 4. Status of South Meeting House RFP: a verbal update on the status of the South Meeting House RFP
