The City’s most recent snub to a Right to Know request was related to proposals for the redevelopment of the Sherburne School. Perhaps 4th Floor City Hall Brass should take a field trip to a 5th grade civics class across the South Mill Pond where they would learn that the People of Portsmouth own the records in City Hall files, and that City Hall staff are there to cheerfully produce them when requested.
