Passerby reporting a female that appears to be on drugs. Says she is on foot and she appears to be walking in and out of the road. She was on Banfield Rd near Peverly. She is a whilte female wearing a burgundy sweat shirt, carrying a black bag, has blonde hair, approx 50 years old.
101- Out with the female.
101 – Female does not appear to be impaired. She walks with a limp.
